✏️ Add internal notes to a customer's profile

You can now add internal notes on any customer profile directly from the POS. This gives your team valuable context about a specific customer so they can offer the best possible experience.

How to use notes:

  • ⛔ Add allergy details
  • 🌶️ Specify food preparation preferences
  • 🤓 Share insights about the customer

Notes will show when you start placing an order.

Head to your POS menu > Customers to add an internal note about a specific customer.
