Display "Requested for" and "Expected" times on kitchen dockets
It's now possible to include more timing information on your kitchen dockets to give your kitchen team and your drivers all the information they need to prepare and deliver orders. That way the team can get a better understanding of a customer's expectations.
For example, if a customer has requested a delivery for 6 p.m. and the kitchen is a bit quieter, they could prep the order ahead of time, and if a driver is available, you could get it delivered by 5:50 p.m and create a delightful experience for that customer.
Head to the POS Portal > Configurations > Printing Templates to add more timing info to your kitchen dockets.
